1976 First degree (Distinction) in Art/ Visual Communication and Social Studies as a teaching subject for middle and upper schools.
1977 Studies of Art History, Sociology and Journalism at the Georg-August University in Göttingen, Germany.

During studies work for „Akademische Studienreisen“ (Academic Study Tours) in Heidelberg developing concepts for tours with specific art and social historic emphases.
